Life is hard, it can feel like there are more plates spinning than you can count. The uncertainty of which plate is going to crash first and the feelings that follow that can be overwhelming, sad, frustrating, the list goes on. Working through challenges with clients in regard to anxiety, depression, life changes, grief and transitions is rewarding. Your feelings are valid, and you’re allowed to feel them all. I will hold space so you’re able to express yourself without feeling guilty or worrying what others around you think.
Therapy is hard work, and it is not a one size fits all. I believe in honesty, dignity and respect as core values.
