I am passionate about utilizing the power of creativity, intuition, symbolism, and spirituality in the healing process. This allows clients to explore new avenues of self-expression. Through a blend of neuroscience, creativity, and genuine care, I aim to empower clients to live their lives to the fullest. I am also certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and IADC (Induced After Death Communication).
I have an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling specializing in neurocounseling and an MS in School Counseling. I am passionate about combining counseling techniques, creativity, neuroplasticity, spirituality, and ancient grief traditions to create a more holistic approach to working through the difficulties in life. I work with teens and adults.
I have a diverse range of interests and knowledge in some more unique areas of mental health that are often misunderstood such as infertility, infant/child loss, surrogacy, chronic illness, cognitive issues, multiple sclerosis, T1D, and faith transitions. My main passion is grief work and utilizing unique techniques to help clients work through grief.
