My career focus has been helping young adults, college students, and adults, to build confidence and self-esteem while navigating life's hardships. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, mood disorders, trauma, and insomnia.
An integrative approach is congruent with my belief that the therapy process is an individualized process. I like to use concepts and techniques from person-centered, existential, acceptance & commitment, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches. I also include a nutritional focus for those that are interested.
I believe that clients are the experts in their lives, and I look forward to helping individuals achieve well-being through the use of the therapeutic relationship, empowerment, and support. My space and time is judgement-free and full of unconditional positive regard.
