I work with individuals who have often had a long, difficult, battle with their relationship to their body and food. I welcome clients at any point in this journey, from those who are eager to begin changing behaviors, to those that have maybe even never admitted to another person what their relationship with food/their body is really like. I work from an inclusive, body diverse and positive lens. Come as you are. I am Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating focused, and together we can restore and reclaim your relationship to food and your body.

My approach to therapy is warm and enthusiastic, highly collaborative and efficient, with emphasis on attunement to you. I specialize in working with folx who are struggling with binge-eating disorder, restrictive eating, emotional eating, hyperfixation on a "thin ideal," and who have a corrupted relationship to movement/exercise due negative self image.
If you're feeling hopeless or stuck in how to resolve your issues with body image/eating, I do free 15 minute phone consultations and would love to begin a conversation with you on how I can help. I am incredibly passionate about helping folx reclaim their peace around their bodies and eating. If this is you, feel free to take the first step and reach out.
