I am clinically trained in ego-supportive, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. Once goals are identified, I believe in using techniques and interventions from various approaches that best meet the client’s needs. Through the therapeutic process, clients will enhance their strengths, address challenges and build skills that foster growth.
