I am a Resident-in-Counseling (RIC) with over two years of internship experience in the mental health field. I provide therapeutic care to adults who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, stress management, difficult life transitions, adjustment disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, mindfulness, and meditation. As a strong and empathetic ally, I believe that individuals are the experts of their own experience. My goal is to foster a therapeutic alliance that allows you to grow at your own pace while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Franklin Pierce University and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. In my work, I utilize an eclectic and collaborative approach, incorporating strengths-based, narrative-based, mindfulness-based, solutions-focused, and person-centered techniques.

I aim to build a compassionate and warm relationship with you to support you in building on your strengths, processing challenges, and developing tools and techniques that can help you continue to grow, even outside of our sessions.
