Who I work with: Couples: I'll help you learn how to calm down and get closer. I'll work with you to integrate healthy communication patterns and secure attachment to one another. I also help couples navigate the challenges of divorce with grace, as well as premarital couples become confident before the big day.
College Age/Young Professionals: I'll help you navigate this new life phase as you balance the demands of school, work, friendships, and love. Adulting is hard! I am here to teach you skills to manage your stress and anxiety while building long-lasting relationships. Adolescents: I work with teenagers and their families to build bridges of understanding.
