I specialize in therapy for caregivers, chronic illness. disability, pregnancy loss and supporting loved ones through serious health challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and practical, helping clients process emotional overwhelm while developing sustainable coping tools, healthier boundaries, and support through complex medical systems.
