I’m so glad you’ve landed here. Sometimes words aren’t enough to help us to be well. We’ll work to increase your mind-body awareness so that you can heal inner child wounds, make intuitive decisions, and express your needs assertively, especially in close relationships.
I support adults with work grounded in sensorimotor therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Specific support can include a focus on awareness of body cues using body movement, artistic expression, meditation, being in nature, relaxation techniques, spirituality, and other tools to address your mental health needs.
Each person’s healing process is unique and takes courage to begin. I invite you to try out this therapy thing and see for yourself how your life can change. I look forward to speaking with you. Be well.
