I am a strengths based therapist practicing from a social justice, trauma informed, and gender-affirming lens. I believe that building an authentic and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation to success in therapy. I provide a non-judgmental environment where clients can feel their story matters. I recognize that therapy is a collaborative process and each individual has a unique set of needs and goals. I am authentic in session and welcome all the feels and cuss words!
I am a queer identified therapist who works primarily with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. I focus on helping clients explore their identity, feelings of shame and guilt, and cultural marginalization. I practice from a (HAES) Health at Every Size framework and work beside clients to explore body neutrality, body awareness, self worth, and self love.
If you would like to work towards living a more balanced and fulfilling life while reducing mental health symptoms please call or email me to schedule an appointment.
