I value supportive, and client-centered relationships as a necessary foundation for the therapeutic process. I am passionate about supporting people experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and interpersonal relationship struggles
My goal is to create a warm, gentle, non-judgmental space so each client feels comfortable sharing what is on their minds and what is in their hearts. This may include diving into trauma, grief, and other challenging life experiences that prevent a person from feeling at peace and operating at their highest potential.
