Many of my clients are first responders, first responder spouses, and high-functioning professionals used to being the strong one. As a trauma therapist in Southlake, TX, I use EMDR and evidence-based trauma therapy to help you process what you've been carrying and finally put the armor down. As a fire wife and first responder mental health advocate, I understand the unique stress these roles can bring.

I use EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, and solution-focused therapy.
