I work with older adolescents and adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, mood, posttraumatic stress, women's health issues, and life transitions. I have completed advanced training in women’s mental health and short-term treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder. When appropriate and with permission, I will collaborate with one's treatment team (physicians, psychiatrists and specialists) to provide comprehensive care.
My treatment approach is collaborative and holistic, focusing on one's specific needs and goals to inform treatment and recommendations. Above all, I strive to create a warm therapeutic environment where an individual feels supported and empowered. Currently, I'm licensed to practice in the states of Texas and Virginia.
