Hello, I'm genuinely glad you're here! Are you looking for a comfortable place to meet with a kind, caring therapist who can provide support & coping skills? Or maybe this is for your child or teen? Would you like someone with a gentle perspective & without judgment who won't get upset about how you feel, think or act, or "should you" like people tend to do when they are listening & advising? Whether you feel like you're struggling with your mood, past experiences or trauma, worrying a lot, or just want to make sense of things, there is hope & so much support for you in our work together. Coping & feeling better are possible.

I work by offering clients a safe place to do their work using creative & experiential techniques in session, like parts work, sand tray, art, mindfulness. And we talk, too, of course! Together we will tap into your insights, feelings & thoughts. This will move you towards your healing & feeling better in time. I’m honored to do this work with you.

The purpose of the client/therapist relationship is to support you in doing the work you want to do with me. This is accomplished by building a relationship around trust, safety & honesty. The goal is that your healing may result directly from this relationship & our work together in sessions. Without it, goals may be difficult to accomplish in therapy.
