I enjoy working with late adolescence and adults. I've worked with diverse backgrounds and a spectrum of issues ranging from serious illness to "adjustment" difficulties. Areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, relationships, professional difficulties & general life adjustments. I practice in an easy-going, down-to-earth style leaving room for both serious discussion & humor.

Therapy helps identify issues and fosters positive change. The goal is to develop comfort within yourself, your surroundings, and among people in your life.
