Therapy is a vulnerable process, and my goal is to meet clients where they’re at and work with them in a warm, engaging, and direct manner. I work with clients collaboratively, seeing you as the expert of your own life and me as a third party to help see patterns, ask questions, and hold difficult things with you. My goal is to see holistic change for each client. I work from a systems perspective, meaning I incorporate the way your family, friends, community, work, etc. affect who you are. With this knowledge, we can build healthy frameworks and relationships.

I work with couples and individuals experiencing a variety of issues including sex therapy, conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, and more. My clients say that my therapeutic style is active, conversational, and gentle, but direct. I occasionally assign homework and guide activities in session to provide experiential learning.

Starting therapy can be intimidating, so I encourage clients to view it like any other healthcare service. Taking care of your mind is essential, and impacts overall well being. Everyone has unique circumstances and we will create a personalized treatment plan that incorporates your needs and goals. I'm currently accepting new clients via telehealth only.

As a new client, you'll receive intake paperwork via email in advance of your session, followed by a confirmation email, which will include a telehealth link. During your intake I'll answer any questions you might have, and then we'll get started by discussing your treatment goals and preferences. From there we'll come up with a treatment plan together, and schedule out sessions as needed.
