My approach is to listen to your needs and work with you to come up with realistic solutions/goals that can assist you in living the life you want to live. My main area of expertise includes the following: intrusive thoughts/compulsions (OCD), anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, chronic pain, trauma, eating disorders, insomnia, misophonia, alcohol or substance misuse, and depression.
The type of treatment I use depends on the person. Once I have a better idea of what your goals are, I can tailor a treatment plan that works best for you. Common modalities that I am trained in are ERP, CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I am also trained in HRT for hair pulling and skin picking.
