Hi there! My name is Alysann & I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My background includes working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and outpatient therapy. I work with adults, and my areas of specialty include OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, insomnia, stress, and chronic pain. I can assist with improving self-esteem, coping skills, self-care, communication, and setting boundaries. I am trained in many different therapy modalities, but I will tailor my therapy modality to you and will find which approach will help you the most to help accomplish any goals you might have.
