About
You may be seeking to create a change in your life, having difficulty coping with a major life transition, or simply wanting to gain more self-awareness. I am here to fully support your unique goals and needs as you move forward through life. As a therapist, it is my desire to create a safe environment for you to explore and tell your story. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I believe in the power of authentic human connection and a non-judgmental therapeutic space to allow for you to access your inner-resiliency and growth.
I have experience working with individuals and family members coping with autoimmune disorders, cancer, chronic illness and pain, grief, loss of meaning, and change in identity. Additionally, I use mindfulness in my practice to help you gain an enhanced self-awareness and a connection to your body, mind, and emotions.
Life can provide us with many challenges. You are not alone in these experiences. If you are in need of extra support I want to help you find direction and become unstuck.
