Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, whether for a child, teen, or adult. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can build emotional regulation skills and begin healing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and stress related to life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and developmentally appropriate, with caregiver collaboration included when appropriate. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor care to support growth and well-being.

I support children and teens who are having a hard time managing big emotions, behavior changes, anxiety, or stress related to trauma or transitions. My work is trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and includes caregiver collaboration as part of treatment.
