My focus as a licensed therapist is helping individuals work through depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, communication challenges, and relational issues. I take an assertive, yet compassionate approach that encourages accountability, growth, and self-awareness. I especially enjoy working with clients who may feel stuck or unsure, and I’m committed to helping them uncover clarity and purpose.

My approach draws from psychodynamic principles and includes CBT, ACT, and DBT modalities, with an emphasis on exploring childhood experiences and how they shape adult relationships and emotional patterns.
