Trauma doesn’t just live in your memories—it lives in your body, your relationships, and your nervous system. You may be high-functioning on the outside while inside feeling tense, exhausted, disconnected, or always on edge. If you grew up too fast, learned to take care of others, or never felt fully safe being yourself, your system adapted to survive. Those adaptations made sense then. They don’t have to run your life now.
I work with adults navigating complex trauma and PTSD, addiction and recovery, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), and attachment or relational wounds. Many of my clients are insightful and capable, yet feel stuck in anxiety, shame, dissociation, or patterns they understand intellectually but can’t seem to shift.
My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma-focused. I’m trained in EMDR and integrate body-based work with IFS-informed parts work and ACT-informed tools. We move at a respectful pace to build safety in your nervous system first—so symptoms soften, choice returns, and life begins to feel more livable from the inside out.
