I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples. I have worked successfully with people experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment-related difficulties, self esteem issues, relationship issues, family conflicts. My style incorporates uses of Mindfulness and DBT approaches, Attachment Theory, Imago therapy and Internal Family Systems. I believe in a mind, body, spirit approach to treatment and I work with my clients to help them find their own answers and listen to their own voice. I am here to be a mirror, a guide, and a confidant for you to partner with during your time of need.
I now also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to my clients as a treatment modality. Ketamine has proven to be a very useful tool when working to resolve symptoms of PTSD, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression. Ketamine sessions offer clients an opportunity to go deeper into their psyches in order to excavate the root causes of many mental health symptoms.
