I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years now with individuals from varying backgrounds, socioeconomic levels, and concerns. My areas of experience include, but are not limited to, assisting clients living with anxiety, depression, grief, schizophrenia, mood disorders, and PTSD. I am a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and have also worked with clients adjusting to living with HIV.
I believe that everyone could use some empowerment, empathy, and guidance to navigate this life and learn to find meaning in every aspect of it. There is no ‘normal’.
