I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist because I believe that our thoughts impact our behavior and feelings.I use humor in my approach because I really do believe laughter is the best medicine. I specialize in thought and behavior modification as well as developing healthy habits. As a bariatric patient that has lost over 160 lbs, I understand the process and the necessary changes needed to be successful.
