I’m a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m here because I truly believe in the power of connection and self-discovery. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages—5 and up—and each person I’ve had the privilege of working with has taught me something new about resilience, hope, and growth. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or just navigating life’s transitions, I’m here to help you feel understood, supported, & empowered to make meaningful changes. One of the things I value most in therapy is building genuine connections. I believe that real growth happens when we feel truly seen & heard.
My approach is person-centered, meaning I meet you where you are—no judgment, no pressure—just a safe space where you can be yourself. From there, we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals, and uncover what’s most important to you. I love walking my dog, soaking in nature, or enjoying spending time with my family and friends.
Whether it’s going for a hike, having a good laugh over dinner, or just enjoying a quiet evening together, those moments remind me how important it is to stay connected—to ourselves and to others. I bring that same philosophy of connection, balance, and warmth into my therapy practice, and I’d be honored to share that with you as we work together.
