I’m a PLPC dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and greater self-awareness. I provide counseling services to clients ages 8 and up, offering a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Offering this space allows for blending compassion, evidence-based strategies, and just the right amount of humor—because sometimes, laughter really is therapeutic. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University.
Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or just feeling a little stuck, I aim to create a space that’s both safe and empowering—where you can show up fully as yourself (yes, even on the messy days). Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I value humor as a powerful tool for connection, healing, and perspective.
