My approach is psychodynamic which means that we engage in a meaningful dialogue about your struggles. This is done with an emphasis on creating a supportive environment in which you can feel comfortable and not judged. We build up a working foundation, so that the issues can begin to resolve.
I have extensive clinical experience working with individuals of all ages, couples and families. I have post graduate psychoanalytic training, certification for marriage and family therapy, and worked for many years in community mental health clinics both as a staff therapist, supervisor, and director.
