Hi, I’m Yessica, I am passionate about supporting individuals manage life difficulties and day to day stressors. I am a bilingual LCSW with ten years of experience supporting people navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s past trauma, grief, mood struggles, or the stress of everyday life, I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in mood disorders, grief/adjustment, crisis and trauma survivors (including immigration and multicultural stress).
I work additionally with pregnancy/postpartum and parenting.
I tailor my approach to be client centered, utilize cognitive behavioral, system theory, trauma informed and grounded in evidence-based interventions.
