As a Level 1 IFS therapist, I believe that addressing the pain and hurt behind these patterns, cycles, and habits will create the most transformative changes in your life.

I believe that healing comes when we explore our internal experiences with curiosity and respond in a compassionate and understanding way. As you create a healthier internal world, your external world will begin to reflect this shift. Clients see a decrease in conflict, substance use, pornography use, and more because of the internal work they have done.
