As an experienced psychologist, I've come to believe that change is most likely to happen when a client and therapist can form a strong therapeutic alliance. Throughout my career, I've seen such alliances produce remarkable results for patients and their families.
I've worked with a variety of patients and consider my specialties to be: psychological testing including cognitive testing; autism and ADHD assessments; working with individuals on the autism spectrum who are high functioning; and psychotherapy with adolescents and young adults.
That said, I'm happy to share my skills, expertise and experience with anyone looking to change their mental health status for the better. Out-of-network reimbursement is typically available for diagnostic and treatment services. Menninger offers to submit a detailed bill to insurers on your behalf, making it easier to be reimbursed.

Groups
Therapy Groups- Adults, Young Adults, Adolescents
We offer four group therapies for adults, young adults and adolescents. We focus on mental health, substance use, relationships, behavioral addictions, and trauma. Groups: Adult group therapy- Tuesdays at 12:00 pm, Young Adult group therapy- Thursdays at 4:00 pm, Adolescent group therapy- Wednesdays at 4:00 pm, Middle school group- Thursdays at 4:00 pm. All groups are 90 minutes and cost $135 per session. We will provide documentation to submit to insurance for those that want to use out of network benefits.
