I am qualified to treat clients with a wide range of concerns, but specialize in Trauma, Divorce, Mood Disorders (eg. depression, bipolar disorder), Self-esteem, Life Transitions, and Grief and Loss. I enjoy helping clients transform pain into wisdom and strength. I also specialize in attorney-referred immigration psych evaluations.
I also provide solution-focused counseling and wellness trainings to military members and their families about issues primarily related to trauma. I am a former fitness instructor who finds value in guiding clients toward achieving harmony between body, mind, and spirit so that they may achieve true wellness.
