I see counseling as a collaborative journey. I desire to create an atmosphere that is comfortable and accepting. My primary goal is to come alongside the client and assist in managing issues that can cause one to feel stuck or overwhelmed. Whether it’s navigating anxiety, a strained relationship, stress, or a major life transition, our work can provide clarity, relief, and real tools to help you move forward.

I use cognitive-behavioral, brief and solution focused therapies and techniques among other tools to develop an integrative approach tailored to each client individually. I also work with engaged, dating and married couples to strengthen their relationship using a customized couples' assessment and Gottman relationship principles.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or uncomfortable. You deserve a relaxed, judgment-free space to sort things out, gain perspective, and build momentum.
