Neurofeedback (EEG Biofeedback) is the training of mental states using classical/operant conditioning. Electrodes are placed on the head and brain wave behavior is recorded. A computer feeds back light and sound to exercise the brain. An individual can learn how to control their own mental state with the help of this feedback process.
