Healthy sexuality is our objective in sexual addiction. Sex is an integral and balanced part of life experience. Sexual behaviors become problematic when they violate vows and values, are dishonest, harmful to others, put you at risk, diminishes your joy in life, act as a barrier filled with shame, self-contempt, and isolation. Sexual health creates intimacy and closeness, characterized by trust, respect, joy and safety. Sexual health can be achieved by sex addicts in recovery. The trauma and addiction model identifies the trauma and internal system that underwrites addiction and does not view problematic behavior as moral failure.
We have advanced certification in working with sex addicts, partners, and sexual abuse survivors. Addiction, abuse, and trauma are viewed as symptoms rather than defining characteristics. We seek an approach to recovery that embraces positive, proactive, sustainable change. We personalize therapeutic interventions in a safe, discreet, and caring environment.
Overcoming sexual addiction requires hard work and a commitment to settle for nothing less than full recovery. In doing so, sexual addiction recovery becomes a life shift that creates hope and perpetuates change.

Alpha Omega Delta Sexual Health and Wellness's Groups
New Beginnings Care Program
The New Beginnings Care Program is a 12-week program for individuals struggling with problematic sexual behavior. It is a combination of educational classes and small group experiences done in an atmosphere of safety, confidentiality, and respect. We have recognized that there is a great need for affordable, professionally facilitated group therapy. This group does not require participation in concurrent individual therapy. The 12-week program costs $325, payable in monthly installments and includes the required book, Facing the Shadows by Patrick Carnes.
