I strive to create a comfortable, trusting environment that facilitates insightful discussion.
A typical client of mine is someone who is struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I work to establish a rapport and create a relaxed, trusting and accepting environment. Together, we work to define specific goals of therapy and develop tools that will help them to face their fears, challenges and interpersonal difficulties.
