I focus on adults, couples, youth, and athletes. I strive to help develop practical strategies for managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. I utilize an eclectic approach of mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to help individuals navigate life challenges. My goal is to collaborate with clients beyond one focus to maximize their potential for growth. I am also ISSA certified in nutrition which assists me in working towards athlete's total well-being, focusing on navigating life as an athlete, student athlete, and beyond athletics. I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling's Millburn office and we want to make it easy to start therapy.
