My professional experience ranges from individuals who have been designated as seriously mentally ill and individuals who experience day to day stressors. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harming behaviors, negative thinking, self-esteem issues, spirituality/faith, & much more.
I am trained in person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, Christian counseling, multicultural counseling, trauma CBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I utilize art therapy, positive psychology, strength-based therapy, mindfulness & relaxation, and many other techniques to help guide our sessions. I also speak fluent Spanish and offer Spanish services.
