You know what it is like to feel lost, and you are now looking to find yourself. My experience is in working with clients who feel stuck, people who struggle to finding meaning in their lives. I have experience working with adults and teens at various locations but use my practice to cater the needs of each individual client. My background in the arts, love of literature, and other forms of insight influence my treatment. You are the driver on our journey together, I am here to help us get through road blocks or help uncover what cannot be seen with the naked eye.
My practice is an insight-oriented approach. I tend to be a little lighter on the advice giving side, because you have likely had enough advice thrown at you throughout your lifetime. I use a trauma-informed, depth-oriented psychodynamic style and work with adults, teens, multicultural populations, LGBTQ, and persons with disabilities.
I am looking for clients who desire to do inner work, but don’t know where to start. Together we can wander in unknown territory; you lead the way, and I will have the tools to help us get to where we need to go.
