I don't accept insurance but I will provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
My toolkit consists of interventions including but not limited to CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused-CBT and EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Harm Reduction, Compassion-Based, Solution-Focused, Task-Centered, and Mindfulness-Based interventions.
I have experience helping individuals with a variety of symptoms and challenges, from various ethnic, cultural, non-traditional backgrounds and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
