Many of the individuals and couples I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns in their relationships. You may be navigating conflict, disconnection, desire differences, or uncertainty about the future of your relationship—and noticing that insight alone hasn’t led to meaningful change.

My work focuses on helping clients move beyond understanding into lived, relational shifts. I specialize in relational trauma, intimacy and desire, and complex dynamics, including non-monogamy and cross-cultural relationships. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatically oriented, and I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).

I work best with clients who are open to depth, consistency, and engaging the emotional patterns that show up in real time. My style is grounded, direct, and collaborative, with a focus on creating more clarity, connection, and intentional ways of relating.
