Everybody deserves a space to feel safe, seen, heard, and respected. Therapy can be a place for that to happen, and I would be honored to be part of that journey. Together, we can work through challenging emotions, thoughts, and social hurdles as they arise. My role is to hold space for those experiences so they can be explored without judgment or fear, and to remind you that you do not have to navigate them alone. I work with teens and adults who want to better understand themselves, grow into their values, and recognize and cultivate the strength already within them.
I work with couples, teens 14+, and adults. With couples, I use the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and help partners feel truly heard. In individual therapy, I draw from relational, narrative, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth.
I aim to create a space where every client feels seen, heard, and genuinely welcomed.
