I understand that each person's journey is unique, that is why I use a client-centered approach and I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based counseling to tailor treatment to your needs. I have worked with clients of all ages in both individual and group settings.
