I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 24 years of experience empowering children, adolescents, adults, families, and older adults to navigate life’s challenges and become their best selves. Throughout my career, I have supported clients coping with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, foster care and adoption, special needs, learning difficulties, family and relationship conflicts, anger management, school challenges, women’s issues, chronic medical conditions, and life transitions across all stages of development.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities and techniques. This allows me to tailor counseling to each person’s unique needs while focusing on their strengths, qualities, and resilience. I believe that even in the face of adversity, every individual has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive.
