I work with adolescents, adults, and couples on a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, communication struggles, and life changes. In individual counseling,I help clients build confidence, learn healthier ways to cope, and create a stronger sense of balance. In marriage and couples counseling, I support partners in improving communication, strengthening trust, and deepening their connection.
In my work, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all therapy. I specialize in an integrative style that emphasizes building a strong, supportive connection and tailoring counseling to each client's unique needs, with the intention of fostering meaningful and lasting change.
