In practice, I integrate science-based treatment into my warm, compassionate style in order to help individuals and couples reach their goals.
I treat a wide variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I specialize in treatments for diverse cultural groups for which more traditional interventions may not be ideal or helpful. I also have specialized experience in working with Veterans and First Responders, including processing trauma.
