About
I specialize in working with adult individuals who are experiencing or have experienced trauma, addiction, and difficulty in their relationships. Together, we can work through the pain to healing the past and present as new ideas and skills emerge. I enjoy combining humor, gratitude and compassion with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a variety of other interventions. I aim to provide a collaborative, comfortable, safe, and supportive environment.
I feel very fortunate and privileged to be a part of my clients' journeys. I have been given the opportunity to provide a nonjudgmental environment to witness the bravery, strength, courage and transformation of each individuals' growth. I see clients in the office in Duluth, and I am able to see clients by Telehealth in MN and WI.
Life is hard, painful, difficult, and sometimes feels unbearable. Though you may feel like you are the only one experiencing these whirlwind of emotions, many people have felt the same mix of emotions that you are experiencing now.
