I am Allyson Shields, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with more than 9 years of experience working with adults and seniors. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, divorce-related stress, relationships, trauma, and PTSD. With me, clients can expect freedom and openness in a safe environment.
It is my desire that those who enter into the counseling relationship find keys to understanding themselves and skills to cope with the various issues that may bring them here. I believe that counseling is a helping relationship, a place where trust and mutual respect abide.
