My approach to counseling operates from a strength base approach to help you recognize your strengths within yourself and develop self-awareness that will lead you to your goals through active involvement as well as efforts to change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Sometimes change is easy and quick and others it is slow and deliberate.
