Do you ever feel like you are being pushed and pulled in everyday life, struggling to make it all work?

I have been working in the mental health field for a little over 13 years, working in various settings. These years of experience have nurtured rich relationships, in which wisdom between my clients and myself was often shared together.
I believe in the organic process of therapy, that is meeting you where you are with the issues you bring. In the first sessions, we will begin by discussing your goals for treatment and how therapy works. Later sessions, we will start with the issues which are foremost on your mind and work from there.
I love working with both men and women—if you’re a human and ready to dive in, we’re already off to a great start! My favorite clients are those who are pumped to level up but just need the right tools to make it happen.
